This is a compiled record of photographs, fire-service and social-media posts, and news coverage about fires at the Clay Bird Lane mulch facility. The original is a single 36-page PDF (33 numbered exhibits plus a source index). It has been split here into one PDF per incident so each can be read alongside its own entry. Exhibit and page numbers in each PDF are the original ones, so they can still be cross-referenced. This page is a pointer, not a substitute — read the exhibits and sources before relying on anything here.

The summary graphic
Exhibit 1 is a composite graphic headed “Did you live through this? A decade of mulch fires at Clay Bird Lane”. It shows five fires: September 30, 2014; February 3, 2015; July 2021; December 8–9, 2024; and April 8–9, 2026. The PDF does not name who made it.
Two of the five appear only in the graphic, with no photographs elsewhere in the record:
- February 3, 2015: the graphic cites Millwood Fire Company reporting 20-foot flames on Clay Bird Lane and a mulch fire confirmed by the Briarcliff Manor Fire Department.
- April 8–9, 2026: the graphic reads “Firefighters responded again to smoldering / fire conditions. According to dispatch records, approximately 38,000 gallons of water were used.” The Briarcliff Manor Fire Department’s incident records for April 2026 are summarized in Fire department records show four outside fires at Clay Bird Lane in April and May 2026; they do not include a water figure.

Items 10–12 concern the 2026 dispute rather than a specific fire.
Note on the split
Exhibits 24–28 carry no source label in the original. Exhibit 11 combines posts from two different years, so it appears in both the 2021 and 2024 PDFs.
A second compilation, a slide deck with a table of 32 emergency responses at the address, is summarized in Compiled timeline of 32 emergency responses at 121 Clay Bird Lane, 2014–2026. Its photo pages and source index are the same as this record.
